A Letter To The Entire Congregation Regarding The New Senior Pastor
Dear Broadmoor Member,
It is an exciting time when a church welcomes a new Senior Minister! Broadmoor’s new Senior Minister and his wife, Fred and Ann Wideman, will soon be here, and he has already invited us to join him in ministry! Mark your calendar for Fred’s first Sunday to preach, which is June 15. His sermon title is “Why worry about survival of the fittest if I am inheriting the earth?”
Fred wants to meet all of you. This is a pretty awesome request given the number of members we have! In order to do this he has suggested a series of neighborhood gatherings in homes and at the church. We’ve divided our membership into zip codes, and although we want to encourage you to think about coming to the gathering in your zip code, more importantly we want you to come to the gathering that is most convenient for you.
Or, if you are a Single Adult, Older Adult or Youth Parent, you may find you would rather attend one of the special gatherings we have provided at the church.
