The UNITED METHODIST'S MEN's Fellowship has been called by its members "a force propelling men to full, functioning maturity in the personal and corporate spiritual life."

UNITED METHODIST MEN benefit from membership through:

A sense of being an important part of something larger than the individual - the church,
A new understanding and approach of the gospel of faith, prayer, stewardship, service, and mission,
An opportunity to discover, enlarge, and use individual talents and potential power,
A widening of friendships and development of fellowship with other men, and,
A network of support in applying Christian faith at home, at work and at play.
UNITED METHODIST MEN strengthen the congregation through:

Bringing men together in fellowship to provide inspiration, information, and direction for Christian service,
Revealing, reclaiming, and reactivating the talents of men which can be drawn upon to carry forward the mission of the church,
Discovery and development of new leadership,
Serving as a recruiting ground to develop new followers of Christ,
Undergirding the total work of the church, spiritual, missionary, and financial, and,
Strengthening and enhancing the work of the pastor through holding men close to the church, and nurturing a spirit of comradeship and fellowship throughout the congregation.
UNITED METHODIST MEN's connectionalism encompasses international, national, conference, district, and local organizations supporting common goals and purposes, such as:

A structured program for individual and corporate Bible study.
A nationwide prayer line where requests for intercessory prayer will be answered.
Nationally organized support of the "Meals for Millions" program to feed the hungry, and,
Support of scouting programs at all levels of the connection.

BROADMOOR UNITED METHODIST MEN share fellowship through:
Monthly breakfast or evening meetings where programs and studies of interest to men are enjoyed.
Outdoor activities for members and families, and,
Participation in district and conference activities, retreats, and other functions.
